How long does it take for polymeric sand to fully cure?
Under normal conditions with temperatures above 32°F (0°C), polymeric sand typically requires 24 to 48 hours of dry weather to cure completely. Avoid watering the area or expecting heavy rain during this window.
What is your shipping policy for heavy pallets?
We offer standard LTL freight shipping for bulk orders. Smaller quantities are shipped via ground parcel. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, and tracking information is provided via email once the shipment leaves our warehouse.
Can I return unopened bags of sand?
Yes, we accept returns on unopened, moisture-free bags within 30 days of purchase. Please note that because of the weight and nature of the product, customers are responsible for return shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee.
How do I calculate how many bags I need for my project?
Coverage depends on the depth and width of your paver joints. Generally, one 50lb bag covers 60-75 square feet for narrow joints or 25-40 square feet for wide joints. Use our onsite calculator for a more precise estimate.
