Ensure that all bags or containers are unopened, free of moisture damage, and in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.
Submit a Return Request
Contact our support team with your order number and a photo of the items to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack the items on a pallet or in a sturdy box and ship them back to our distribution center using your preferred carrier.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned sand and confirms its integrity, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
